Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

All requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the refund/exchange request. 

Please note, in the case of a full refund being requested, all complementary items received within the package must also be returned. If your item was a part of a promotional package, for e.g. Buy one get one free; the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due.

It is at the customers’ discretion which service they use to return the items. All International Returns must be sent using a shipping service where the item(s) returned can be tracked. Black Orchids is not responsible for any postage costs incurred for returning any item(s). We cannot accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit.

In the interests of hygiene and health & safety, we have a strict no refund/exchange policy on all of our earrings and hijabs/scarves. We will only offer a refund for garments and accessories, which are unused, in perfect resalable condition with the Black Orchids Tags still attached.

Postage costs from the initial purchase will not be refunded unless there are proven instances of a severe manufacturing defect or as a result of fault on the part of Black Orchids. The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the tax duties are buyer’s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3/4 working days upon receiving the returned item(s). We will only accept returns that have been authorised by Black Orchids.
